Terms of Service

Capprly is an information and record-keeping platform for sports handicapping content. Creators publish picks that are timestamped and permanently graded in units. Capprly does not accept, place, broker or settle wagers, does not hold gambling funds, and is not a sportsbook or betting operator.

• You must be at least 21 years old to create an account.
• You must be legally permitted to view sports wagering information where you live.
• You are responsible for complying with your local laws. Availability of the service is not legal advice.
• One account per person. Accounts may not be shared, resold or transferred.

Picks are opinions. Past results, verified records, ROI and unit totals describe what has already happened and are not a prediction or promise of future outcomes. Nothing on Capprly is financial, investment, legal or tax advice. You alone are responsible for any decision you make, including any money you risk elsewhere.

• Keep your credentials confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account.
• Provide accurate information and keep your email address current.
• Tell us immediately at support@capprly.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

You agree not to:

• Scrape, bulk-download, resell or redistribute creator content or the verified record.
• Post content that is unlawful, fraudulent, harassing, hateful or infringes others' rights.
• Misrepresent your results, impersonate another person or manipulate rankings.
• Attempt to bypass paywalls, access controls, rate limits or security measures.
• Use the service to solicit or facilitate illegal gambling.

Creators own their analysis and grant Capprly a non-exclusive licence to host, display and promote it. Once a pick is published it is locked: the selection, line, odds, risk and access level cannot be changed. That permanence is the product. Corrections to genuine data errors are made only by Capprly staff and are recorded in an audit log.

Premium creator access is sold as a recurring subscription. Pricing, renewal, cancellation and refund handling are described in the Subscription Terms and the Cancellation & Refund Policy, which form part of this agreement.

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, creates legal risk, or is used for fraud or abuse. You may close your account at any time from account settings. On closure, published picks may remain on the permanent record in de-identified form so that historical results stay accurate.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Capprly is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for gambling losses. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in-product and a new version recorded against your acceptance. Questions: support@capprly.com. Governing law is that of United States.
