Creator Agreement
Version 2026-08-20 · Capprly
Effective 2026-08-20. Accepting this agreement is a condition of publishing picks on Capprly.
1. Independent creator
You publish as an independent party, not an employee, partner or agent of Capprly. You are responsible for your own taxes, and for any licences your jurisdiction requires.
2. The record is permanent
- A published pick locks at the scheduled start of the event and cannot be edited or deleted.
- Selection, line, odds, units risked and free/premium status are fixed at publish time.
- Grading is derived from recorded final results, not from creator input.
- Only Capprly staff can correct a genuine data error, and every correction is audit logged.
3. Honest conduct
- No posting results after an event has begun, and no back-dated claims.
- No fabricated records, screenshots or off-platform claims that contradict your Capprly record.
- No guarantees of profit, 'locks', or pressure tactics in your analysis.
- No promoting unlicensed books, tout resellers or third-party paid groups through your Capprly page.
- Disclose material relationships with any sportsbook or operator you mention.
4. Subscriptions and revenue share
Premium access to your picks is sold as a monthly subscription at a price set in the marketplace. Capprly retains a platform fee from each payment and remits the remainder to you. Your current price and fee are shown in your creator dashboard before you enable paid access.
5. Payouts
- Payouts run through our payment processor's connected-account onboarding; identity verification is required by law before any money moves.
- Balances are paid on the processor's standard schedule once onboarding is complete.
- Refunds, chargebacks and disputes are deducted from your balance.
- We may hold a payout while investigating suspected fraud or a subscriber dispute.
6. Content licence
You keep ownership of your analysis and grant Capprly a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, display, excerpt and promote it while your page is active, and to retain graded results permanently as part of the public record.
7. Suspension and removal
We may suspend publishing, hide a page or remove a creator for breach of this agreement, fraud, harassment, or repeated subscriber complaints. Where removal happens, subscribers are cancelled and any unearned portion of the current period is refunded to them from the creator balance.
8. Termination
You may stop publishing at any time and request that your page be closed. Your graded record remains visible so historical rankings stay accurate. Outstanding balances are paid after the last subscription period ends and the dispute window closes.
